Are You A Do-Right Believer?

VIDEO:

 Apocrypha - 2 Esdras 2:20-21

(1611 KJV/ Great Bible, 1540)

Do right to the widow, judge for the fatherless, give to the poor, defend the orphan, clothe the naked, Heal the broken and the weak, laugh not a lame man to scorn, defend the maimed, and let the blind man come into the sight of my clearness.

Here, we read instructions on how to be a Do-Right. How does a Do-Right Believer live? Although it happens far too frequently, should "widows" and the "fatherless" be disregarded? Of course not and any real Do-Right will do the right things concerning widows, which may include assisting and comforting those who have lost spouses or even others who were very close to them.

Help the downtrodden such as those who are poor, those who have no parents or who have parents that need to gain skills in parenting, and those who lack basic physical and/or emotional needs.

Being a Do-Right Believer involves doing--not talking about what you're going to do or even what you have done. It's doing what is needed for those who can't do for themselves.
